100% Customer & Candidate IP

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or completing an assessment on sollert.io (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") and our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or employer, you confirm you possess affirmative authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration, Workspaces & Security

Employers register organization workspaces ("Tenants") to manage technical job openings, candidate queues, and scoring rubrics. Recruiters and hiring managers must safeguard their access credentials and immediately notify SOLLERT at security@sollert.io of any unauthorized credential exposure.

Organizations are solely responsible for all activities conducted under their authorized workspace accounts.

3. SaaS Subscriptions, Free Tier & Commercial Terms

SOLLERT provides a free tier access model allowing organizations to initiate screening pipelines without upfront payment card entry. For upgraded enterprise capacity, dedicated VPC orchestration, custom role rubrics, or API syndication, commercial subscription fees are billed pursuant to our posted pricing schedules or executed Enterprise Order Forms.

All commercial billing, recurring renewals, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Employer & Recruiter Responsibilities (Equal Opportunity & Compliance)

Employers agree to utilize the Platform in strict compliance with applicable employment, labor, and non-discrimination statutes, including the US Equal Employment Opportunity Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), New York City Local Law 144, California AB 331, and the EU AI Act.

Mandatory Non-Discrimination Requirement: Employers must not configure custom evaluation prompts or rubrics that query, screen for, or penalize candidates on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any protected class under applicable federal or local law.

5. Candidate Conduct Standards & Anti-Cheat Telemetry

Candidates participating in SOLLERT autonomous technical interviews represent and covenant that:

  • All resume representations, work experience credentials, and responses reflect genuine, authentic qualifications.
  • They will complete technical interviews, architectural whiteboard exercises, and live code sandboxes independently without unauthorized real-time proxy solvers, automated bots, or external LLM injection scripts.
  • They consent to the logging of browser window visibility telemetry (tab focus changes and syntax run frequencies) during live evaluation sessions.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Platform IP: SOLLERT retains all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, evaluation algorithms, user interfaces, scoring models, and software code, including all related patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Customer Data & Rubrics: Customers retain all right, title, and interest in and to their proprietary job specifications, internal evaluation rubrics, and organizational applicant pipelines.

Candidate Code Ownership: Candidates retain full copyright and ownership of the original code, algorithms, and technical solutions authored during live coding sandboxes.

7. AI Advisory Role & Decision-Support Disclaimers

SOLLERT is an autonomous technical assessment software provider. SOLLERT is NOT an employment agency, staffing firm, recruiter, or professional employer organization (PEO).

The 100-point candidate scorecards, answer summaries, and rubric analyses generated by SOLLERT represent algorithmic evaluation intelligence intended exclusively for human review. SOLLERT does not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, perform satisfactorily in employment, or that any candidate evaluation is free from candidate deception.

8. Platform Availability, Service Level & Fair Use

We endeavor to maintain 99.9% uptime across production clusters. SOLLERT reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance windows upon advance notice. We reserve the right to throttle or rate-limit API calls that exceed reasonable usage parameters or threaten system stability.

9. Termination & Account Suspension

Either party may terminate free accounts at any time without penalty. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt reverse-engineering of our scoring algorithms, or inject malicious payloads into code sandboxes.
