1. What are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?
Cookies are small data files deposited on your computer, mobile device, or browser when you visit websites. Cookies enable web servers to remember your identity, maintain secure authenticated sessions, record user preferences, and analyze how platforms operate.
SOLLERT also utilizes local storage, session storage, and cryptographic telemetry tokens solely to protect candidate assessment integrity, ensure CSRF security, and optimize audio interview response times.
2. Categories of Cookies Used by SOLLERT
Essential for platform operations, credential authentication, multi-tenant workspace isolation, and CSRF protection. These cannot be disabled.
Stores audio output preferences, code sandbox theme options, and remembers consent status so you don't face repeated prompts.
Measures interview latency, speech-to-text transcription delay, and error telemetry to maintain 99.9% uptime. Anonymized and privacy-first.
3. Comprehensive Cookie & Storage Inventory
The following table inventories every cookie and storage key deployed across the SOLLERT technical vetting platform:
| Cookie / Key | Category | Purpose | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|
| sollert_session | Strictly Necessary | Maintains authenticated recruiter and candidate workspace session state across page navigations. | Session / 7 Days |
| sollert_csrf_token | Strictly Necessary | Cryptographic token safeguarding candidate evaluation inputs and recruiter actions against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks. | Session |
| sollert_cookie_consent_v2 | Functional / Preferences | Remembers your granular cookie category choices (analytics, functional) so you are not prompted on every visit. | 12 Months |
| sollert_interview_audio_pref | Functional / Preferences | Stores candidate audio output volume and microphone device selection during interactive voice screening turns. | Session |
| sollert_anti_cheat_telemetry | Strictly Necessary / Security | Temporary encrypted session nonce measuring browser tab focus loss and sandbox compilation frequency to detect automated interview solvers. | Active Interview Turn (Ephemeral) |
| sollert_perf_metrics | Analytics & Diagnostics | Anonymized latency diagnostics tracking roundtrip time for speech synthesis and LLM evaluation turns to optimize server response times. | 30 Days |
4. Zero Third-Party Advertising Trackers
SOLLERT is an enterprise engineering assessment platform. We DO NOT deploy third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel), data broker beacons, or cross-site tracking beacons.
